FIELD は、高知県物部川流域の文化や伝統、そこに生きてきた人々の軌跡を、地域の人の案内でたどる「体験の場」です。この土地の文化や知恵に触れ、感じ、学ぶことで、新しい視点や気付きを得られる機会を提供します。それぞれの目的に合わせた体験プログラムを通して、地域の文化と歴史を次の世代へと繋いでいくことを目指しています。
FIELD is an immersive venue of experience where visitors trace the culture, traditions, and stories of the people who have lived along the Monobegawa River in Kochi Prefecture—guided by locals themselves.
Through the hands-on learning of the knowledge rooted in this land, FIELD offers opportunities to discover new perspectives and insights. Our immersive programs are designed to pass on these valuable traditions and histories to the next generation, tailored to suit a wide range of purposes.

FIELDは、地域のコーディネーター兼コンシェルジュとして、学校や企業、団体、行政と連携し、地域資源を有意義に活用するプロジェクトを企画します。訪れた人たちにかけがえのない時間を過ごしていただくとともに、地域の未来づくりに取り組んでいきます。お気軽にご相談・お問い合わせください。
As a coordinator and concierge for the region, FIELD works in collaboration with schools, companies, organizations, and local governments to design projects that make meaningful use of local resources. We strive to create irreplaceable experiences for visitors while also contributing to the region’s sustainable future.

兵庫県神戸市に生まれ、中学生の頃、母のふるさとの高知県香美市に移り住みました。結婚、子育てを経て、40代で地元の観光協会に就職し、過疎が進む地域の、「体験型観光」の企画運営に携わるようになりました。そのころに、「土佐塩の道保存会」の公文寛伸（くもん・ひろのぶ）さんと出会い、人生が大きく変わりました。公文さんの地域や塩の道の保存にかける情熱と、志に突き動かされ、ともに活動を始めるようになりました。活動を通して、「日本の未来は“田舎元気”にあること」に気づかされ、地域の営みの灯が消えないように、未来に受け継いでいくことを自身のライフワークと感じ、FIELDを立ち上げることを決心しました。
物部川流域の大自然や文化が与えてくれる「生きる力」と「暮らしの知恵」、地域の人たちが長い歴史のなかで紡いできた物語を次世代へつなぐことを目標とし、FIELDの事業を通して、みなさまに「輝く時間」をお届けしていきたいと思います。
Born in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Kaori moved to Kami City in Kochi Prefecture—her mother’s hometown—during middle school. After marriage and raising her children, she began working at the local tourism association in her 40s, where she became involved in developing hands-on tourism experiences to help revitalize the region. During this time, she met Mr. KUMON of the Tosa Salt Road Preservation Society—a meeting that would change the course of her life. Inspired by his passion and dedication to preserving the local community and the Tosa Salt Road, Kaori began working alongside him. Through this journey, she came to believe that Japan’s future lies in the vitality of its countryside. Determined to keep the light of these communities burning brightly for the future, she made the decision to establish FIELD as her life’s work.
Her mission is to pass on the wisdom of living and the power to always keep moving forward, as found in the natural beauty and cultural richness of the Monobegawa region—woven by the hands and hearts of local people over generations. Through FIELD’s activities, she hopes to deliver radiant, unforgettable moments to all who visit.
